Ms. Garima Juneja, Therapist and Founder of Lightroom Therapy, addressed the students on mental health issues, the stigma associated with it and what students can do to promote mental health. During the session, Ms. Garima Juneja actively interacted with the students about the unfortunate taboo against discussing issues of mental health in our society and about the labels attached to those who are suffering from mental illnesses.
